Whether you are headed to a doctor’s appointment, a physical therapy session, a prescription pick-up, an AA meeting, or other medical or behavioral health appointments, we’re your ride when you need us. We understand that some people prefer the comfort and privacy that we can provide rather than drive or commute to their appointment.

Services through AHCCCS

I-HOPE Medical Non-Emergency Transportation (I-HOPE) offers safe and convenient transportation services to community members of all Native Americans on and off reservation qualified for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment Services (AHCCCS) program in the State of Arizona.

Transportation is provided to and from medical facilities, behavioral health facilities and services, as well as for all medical-related services throughout the State of Arizona. We provide transportation services to all Native Americans who are not able to provide or secure their own transportation for necessary medical treatment. Our reliable and courteous services ensure the clients arrive at their appointment on time and is onsite to provide transportation upon completion of their medical service appointment.

I-HOPE emphasizes its services to Native Americans qualified for the AHCCCS program. We are:

  • Privately owned with emphasis of operating on Tribal lands within the state of Arizona.
  • Provides transportation for AHCCCS non-emergency medical and behavioral health-related transportation services.
  • Employs appropriate tribally enrolled members of the respective tribes that they service in Order to conform to the appropriate customs of the region.
  • Meets all the AHCCCS requirements to provide transportation services.
  • Employees of I-HOPE are certified in first aid and CPR.
  • Employees of I-HOPE have appropriate state driving credentials.
  • I-HOPE provides a complete background check for all employees.
